Grace Adeyemi Registered manager and organisation administrator

Sees everything: every person and record, protected information, alerts, users, settings and the audit trail.

Samuel Okafor Director

Oversight across the organisation: people, records, quality and finance, plus the audit trail. Reads rather than records.

Olivia Grant Deputy manager

Runs the service day to day: all people and records up to protected level, alerts, tasks and the rota.

Priya Shah Team leader

Leads shifts at both houses. Sees everyone, gets the shift alerts, and signs off handovers.

Hannah Lewis Senior support worker

Supports Joe at Elm Court and Aisha in the community. Can't see Dan or Leah at all.

Kwesi Boateng Support worker

Works at Meadowview House. Sees only Dan and Leah. Records their day and reads the handover.

Tom Fletcher Clinical lead (nurse)

Clinical oversight across everyone: health monitoring, PRN use and body maps.

Fiona Walsh Quality and compliance lead

Reviews records, trends and the audit trail across the service, ready for inspection. Read only.

Martin Cole Auditor (read only)

Time-limited read-only access for audits or a mock inspection. Can view records but can't add or change anything.

Joanne Reid HR officer

Staff records only. Has no access to the people you support: this shows the privacy wall.

Ravi Patel Finance officer

Invoicing, funding and money audits. Can't open care records.

Sam Taylor Administrator

Office support: documents and scheduling. No access to care records.
